I was interested at first...but then it turned into a “Highly trained and badass SF team suddenly becomes super stupid and fucks up.....” so I turned it off when they got to the choppa!

Agree. It went from, “this is going to be awesome” to “typical, but entertaining.” Worth the watch though, it was well acted and shot for what it was.

Without seeing the end...they lose all the money, someone (likely Ben) dies, and they actually change nothing in the country or make it worse? Roll Credits and my eyes...

Super smart special forces guys, and then they introduce all that drag instead of loading shit in the cabin. There seemed to be plenty of space inside.

And then, all that shit is going on and they are suffering with all those bags, and all I can think is “why don’t you hide it in the middle of nowhere and grab the gps location and come back with a new chopper?”

I downloaded it for my flight to LA. Adequate entertainment but exactly what I expect from most Netflix specials. B or C class movies, even when they can get A class actors.

Almost exactly. SPOILERS-

Ben dies, they have to get rid of almost all the money in stages along the way (chopper doesn’t make it over the mountains, they're eventually carrying whatever they can in backpacks)   they end up giving it all to his family. We never hear anything about the country/cartel, GPS coordinates of dumped money given to from Charlie Hunnan to Oscar Issac.. roll credits.

Yea, I thought it was really out of character for Ben to just start going nuts over the money when they kept saying he was the rational all business type of  guy.

Le sigh....glad I passed and went back to watching Into the Badlands. That show is like a new Xena and I love it...just need 100% more Bruce Campbell.

That was one part I didn’t have an issue with. It was to show how money and greed can change a man. Their stupidity after they got the cash is what got me.
